35th floor, the Federation Tower in Moscow City. The heart of heart of Moscow’s business district. Premium office space HEADWAY has 22 unique private offices with panoramic views of Moscow.
The spaces are designed in darker tones, which already called for bright lighting. Our aim was to balance out the zones that have an abundance of light from the panoramic windows and those that are lacking it. Centrsvet lighting system was the solution. Powerful luminaires from Locus series create bright directional lighting. At the same time, deep recessed optics eliminates glare, which adds to the comfort of the space. The track system blended with the linear design of the space perfectly. And the luminaires are rotatable, which allowed to put the lighting accent in place and divide the zones
The shapes of pendant luminaires in the meeting rooms underline the design of the tables. Not only does it convey the designer’s idea, but also serves as a functional solution. We achieved a homogenous light flood of the working space. Lighting at the Coffee-Point zone was executed with Foton luminaires. Trimless construction blended perfectly with the minimalistic design.
Design concept was developed by DA bureau, a young team from Saint Peterburg. Over the last 7 years, they have implemented more than 120 projects in architecture and design. The bureau adheres to modern minimalism in their projects, emphasizing the architectural approach to design.
