CENTRSVET lighting at Maison Rouge club house in Tverskoy district of Moscow. The premium club house was created by MR Group and Hutton Development, the price of apartments in this house reaches 200 million rubles.
The house was designed by ADM architectural bureau, which specialises in modern urban houses. The interior design was created by Oleg Klodt Architectural Bureau.
The lobby illuminated by CENTRSVET track system with directional luminaires is located on the first floor. In the back of the lobby there is a Сlub Room for the residents and guests of the house. This is a recreation area, and all luminaires here are dimmable for additional comfort, it allows to create low lighting that has a calming effect.
Common spaces of all 10 floors are illuminated by LOCUS luminaires and EUROTRACK system. Apartment numbers are highlighted by LIGHT UP recessed luminaires.
